Day 1

Its so hard trying to loose weight after having kids. Especally me. I have 4 kids ages 4 and under. No, no twins and such. I have Natalie, age 4; Benjamin age 3; Autumn Rose age 2; and Ryan age 4 months, well almost...It helps that I am still breastfeeding Ryan, its hard and I still go though pain doing it sometimes, but mostly its 500 extra calaries, and let me tell you, it keeps them looking full.
I swore to myself years ago, I would never go over 150, even huge pregnant. I did with Autumn and that tore me up. I got a job after being home for 9 months after her birth and before that, but we needed extra money to buy our first home so I decided to get a waitressing job...Man did I loose the weight. I got down to I think 145-150. I dont know what my top weight was. Now, I'm 174 and have been there since I had Ryan. I was 180 tops with him. I weighed myself when I got home I weighed myself and hasn't changed in 4 months...so now its time for action.
As a stay at home with 4 young children that I am homeschooling, budget is tough. I found someone local that was selling an elliptical for $75 practicly brand new and used once. So I moved some money around after talking to my husband and got it.
Goals of this adventure, to gain stamana and loose weight and inches. Stay on the elliptical for an hour and a half. Wake up when hubby wakes up and start working out before the kids get up for the day...
Day one
30mins on the elliptical
550 calaries
exausted. Heartrate went to 150. Had to really push and stopped when Ryan started crying
